Privacy policy.

Vintage Over Medium (vintageovermedium.com) is operated by Seek and Scale LLC, PO Box 1052, Georgetown, TX 78627("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email hello@vintageovermedium.com.

The short version

• We collect your email address (and first name, if you give it) only when you sign up.
• Measurements you save in the Fit Decoder stay in your own browser. We never receive them.
• We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.
• You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information at any time.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you sign up for the Fit Guide or our emails, we collect your email address and, if you choose, your first name. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and popular pages. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally.

If you buy from Paige's Closet. Depop shares your name, shipping address and order details with us so we can ship your order. We use them only to fulfill and support that order. Depop's own privacy policy covers everything else about your purchase.

Information that stays on your device. If you save your measurements in the Fit Decoder, they're stored only in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to us. We also store a few small settings in your browser, like whether you've closed the announcement bar or already seen our signup pop-up, and which pieces you've opened from a look. Clear your browser data, or press "Clear" on any measurement form, to remove them.

How we use it

• To send the Fit Guide and the emails you signed up for: new looks, styling ideas and updates from Paige's Closet.
• To answer your messages.
• To understand which pages are useful, and to keep the site secure and working.
• To comply with the law.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, and only for that purpose:

• Email: your email address and name are stored with our email service provider, which sends our emails.
• Hosting and analytics: Cloudflare.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If Seek and Scale LLC is ever sold or merged, this information may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California and other state privacy laws.

Shop links, affiliate programs and other sites

Most shop buttons on this site are affiliate links. When you click one and leave our site, the store or its affiliate network (for example Awin, Impact, Rakuten or Amazon Associates) may set cookies on their site so they know you came from us and can pay us a commission. Paige's Closet pieces are sold on Depop. Anything you do on those sites, including purchases, is covered by their own privacy policies, not this one.

Our pages may also load Pinterest's "Save" button, which lets you pin images. Pinterest may receive information about your visit under its own privacy policy.

Emails and unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. You can also reply to any email or write to hello@vintageovermedium.com to be removed.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and other states), you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we have about you, and get a copy of it;
• correct information that's wrong;
• have your information deleted;
• opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising (we don't do either);
• not be treated differently for using any of these rights.

We give these rights to everyone, wherever you live. To make a request, email hello@vintageovermedium.com with the subject "Privacy request" from the email address you signed up with, or write to us at PO Box 1052, Georgetown, TX 78627. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we'll respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with the subject "Privacy appeal." We'll respond within 60 days and explain our decision. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We don't track you across other websites and we don't sell or share personal information, so there's nothing for a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We treat those signals as a request to opt out anyway.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it, except for a short record that you unsubscribed, so we don't email you again by mistake.

How we protect it

We use reputable providers with strong security and limit who can access your information. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Children

This site is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We're based in the United States, and information is processed here.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll tell subscribers by email.
